think the offset will cause you some problems, pretty sure the XL-7's rims are -5's? being +10 they're going to sit closer to the chassis rail/struts etc. |

I reckon they would look much better with my alloy front diff housing so I can swap diffs just to help you out |

The inside edge of the rim will sit about 17-18mm closer to the chassis thanks to the +5mm offset and extra rim width over standard XL7 rims. You need a -7 wheel if you are wanting to use 16x8's. This will maintain the same inner bead to chassis clearance that you have now. Best to ask for -10's. |

Pretty sure a 225 is considered too narrow for a 8" rim. Even a 235 might be stretching it a little, would make it quite easy to roll beads at low pressures I would imagine. Are you really running 50mm wheel spacers? That seems like a hell of a lot. I've looked at getting mags for mine before but there really is stuff all out there in a 16x7, and as I want to stick with 235s I dont want to go up to an 8" rim. |

i was told my factory gv rims are 16x8 now im realy realy confused if it's got the original XL-7 rims on it, open the drivers door & have a look at the tyre placard, will give you the rim width. |
