Hiya fellas, I have a 2002 GV with no front mud flaps, just the moulded plastic bodywork. I was thinking mud flaps behind the front tyres would be good at stopping stones etc flicking up and hitting the underside of my bodywork. Whilst I don't have any damage the noise is annoying driving fast dirt. Would it be worth it? I'll be mounting it a few inches behind the tyre well so it clears my tyres. Would it add drag and increase fuel consumption much? Thanks, Ben |

I had front mud flaps on my sierra, kept a lot of mud off the door handles, much nicer than grabbing a hand ful of mud everytime I got in. My Vit will probably get some, too. Is more important when tyres are outside of body work. |

I found my pedes used to fling mud perfectly up into the drivers window much to my annoyance. All I needed was a well place piece of rubber about 15cm long, you might want something more substantial like pictured above if you're worried about the paintwork though. |
