Is the front diff in an SJ70 an LSD? Is the rear diff an LSD standard? Can the rear diff be swapped to the front? Is there an advantage of having an LSD in the front and rear? |

they are not lsd and they can not be swaped |

Third member can be swaped front and back Not sure about center.Front is 22 spline rear is 26 pline so depends what you trying to swap No LSD in a Sierra in aus as far as I know |

AFAIK only LSD were fitted OS. Not worth the effort to fit a LSD IMO. |

With chromoly front axles with 26 spline a rear (26spline side gears) can go either end. |

Ok thanks all. In your opinion is it worth having a locker for beach work? beach work while towing a camper trailer? |

Maybe a rear. I find my front digs holes. |
