I've got the ironman man 35mm lift coils in the rear, with a 30mm spacer. 225/75/16 size tyres and i had to remove the mudflap. Any bigger and you'll need to do a little bit of trimming. |

I have 40mm terrain tamer coils with iron man struts/shocks. I have 17mm/35mm spacers in it to with no problems(I cut down 25mm/50mm spacers when I put the new coils in). I have 235/70/16 which is a 29in tyre. it does look like i could fit 30's on it but would scrub when flexing the rear. I also have the mud flaps removed. 235/60/16 - 27.1in 235/70/16 - 28.95in 245/70/16 - 29.5in 225/75/16 - 29.28in |

I have 245/75 R16 buckshots and they measure at 30.5 inches. I will soon be fitting 31x10.5R16 tyres if they have the ones i want in stock. My lift is 40mm coils with about 40mm of spacers in the rear and a 20mm spacer in the front. Front struts are dobinsons rear has Monroe shocks for a Pajero. I have had to trim some of the plastic out from inside the wheel arches and remove the mud flaps.

And just to add to that, if it doesn't have a bullbar like above it will need alot of trimming up front. |

remove the sway bar and put longest shocks on possible, zip tie the springs in and you'll have fully hectic flex. it'll be unstoppable, it has open centre diffs so the way to over come not having lockers or lsd's is to have the wheels on the ground with good tyres. |

Leave the sway bars on. The struts will top out very easily if they are removed. As mentioned you will have to cut alot out of the front to clear 245's without a bullbar. And you may need to swap diff gears if planning to run larger tyres. Ive done alot of work and spent heaps of time on mine to make it work with this size tyre. Your best just to stick with some 225/75R16 muds. only 25mm difference in size and way easier to fit. |
