i am almost ready for rego, do i need to have the front bar if i have the blinkers and park light mounted to the car already? |

yes. The bumper is there to deflect pedestrians, and protect them from the sharp nasties behind it. |

See lakeside tyre and exhaust in Boolaroo. I got mine regoed there with no bar. |
