Looked & looked but cant find a starter motor diagram......a break down of parts.

Mine is dead 5months after buying new. Warranty wont cover mud and water damage! Put in into the shop, they said it is frucked, particularly the solenoid, and i got it back in pieces. Have another oldie here at home with good solenoid but i need a diagram of how she all fits back together. Just going to clean it all up and try the other solenoid before i get another.

There is only 5 or 6 bits to a starter...
Your replacement is probably not genuine and won't fit anyway.
