how hard is it to remove & replace carby of 92 1.3 swb sierra to have it rebuilt. |

Remove and replace is very easy. Take a few pictures of all the wiring and hoses before you pull it off if you are unfamiliar with it but essentially it is the 4 bolts that go through the top into the manifold, the accelerator cable, a couple of hoses and away you go. Are you rebuilding it? |

x2 very easy. The harder part is the rebuid, taking it to someone is easy, and then attach it to the car and take it to them for a tune up. |

the idea is to rebuild it as it has never been done before to help with better fuel economy. will have carby acid dipped & thoughly cleaned & rebuilt & tuned just like new. was looking at removing carby myself to save some money. |

acid dipped?? What's wrong with carby cleaner, it made my 20 year old aisin look brand new!! |

I can't remember the brand, it was called carburettor & small parts cleaner. Milky white stuff, stings like all hell on bare skin!! |
