Hi
I have a Jimny with the M13 engine. I need to replace my clutch fan or at least replace the fluid in it.
Can i remove the fan without removing the radiator? Or does the rad have to come out to make room? It looks like it'll be close, but dont want to drop the coolant etc if i dont have to.
Cheers

With my Vitara, Althogh I can just do it without, I loosen top bolts on radiator, and lean it forward, that gives me enough room. Don't know if Jimny is same.

Thye shroud will stop you from pulling it out. However, if you remove the shroud bolts, it may come with the fan.
To remove the fan you really need a flare/pipe spanner. They are tight and need the extra mating surfaces that an open ender cannot offer. From memory a ring spanner will not go on the nuts. I damaged a couple, so I replaced them with HT nuts.
