hey guys. not new to 4x4ing just new to the whole transfer gears side of things. ive got 2 transfer case's here. one is stuck in 2wd and im 10 minutes away from changing it. keen to get back out for some fun haha. i want to start tinkering with the other one due to only working 3 days a week now and being pretty bored cause the fishing has died down. where do i start i guess i should say what i want to do with my zook first then go from there. keen fisherman so i want to still be able to get on the beach. but also would like to get muddy and attempt some ruts/beginner rock climbs/rock crawling. im really into them at the moment so yeah keen to hear your opinions cheers mark |

The one stuck in 2wd will 99% be just the T/case stick bush stuff. 10min fix and under $10 |

Tyre size? - how bg are you planning on going? How much road driving? You shouldn't need to be in low range on the beach, so you can assess your needs for trail driving separately. Steve. |

Steve. 31" max tyre size is all i want to go. ive ordered some 2inch body blocks and some ironman 4x4 shocks and leafs and it adds up to 50mm lift anyway plus getting some extended shackles for the fun of it and these ones have seen better days. actually done some rock climbing and fell on a rock and sort of bent abit so there only 280 of ebay from twin stick offroad as for road driving there will be abit more then off road driving. i live on the mid north coast so sometimes theres up to 4 hours to get somewhere decent like coffs harbour for instance for a decent bit of fun... |
