Anyone had any problems with there reverse light switch?
I have tried two different ones that work if I push it in but when screwed into my gearbox is very temperamental, that's if it works at all?

Any ideas?

Flush the switch with contact cleaner.
Worked for me when mine played up.

I blew mine, got another, then it was the wrong switch.. So then swapped it with an existing one in the box that had no use being there.

Not sure how many is in your box though.

check the wires if there not damage. also try undoing it a few rotation back but make sure its still fairly tight in there.
some times if you do them right up tight the button/pin doesnt line up right
