Okay,
well out of all the needle bearings i took out, the biggest ones i had on the bench were a set of 2. both identical. and SGP p/n is 29985-80050 I didnt get any measurements cos my vernier ran out of batterys.

They were the only bearings in the rebuild kit that were NOT koyo, so im guessing they were suzuki only bits but cant be 100% on that. I can get measurements later if that info is not sufficient.

Keep in mind i cant confirm these are actually the ones you are chasing, i just went for whichever were the biggest.

The needle roller bearings on the countershaft ( prop shaft/ idle shaft ) are identicle and are approx. 31mm long, 33OD, 27ID.

The needle roller bearings on the main output shaft are larger, with the one on the front output end being approx 40mm long and ID of 44mm. And the other being approx 35mm long with ID of 44mm also.

All these dimensions were measured through plastic, but should be good enough to identify a bearing from a list of SGP#'s.

They are VERY hard to find, as its not a common size.

PM Weaves http://www.auszookers.com/forum/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=377 .

If he can't get them, then they are genuine only.
