just stiing here at work thinking about how best to hook up my brakes on the 81.
Im wondering if its a good/bad/whocares idea to use flexy lines with banjo fittings to run from the front brake block (splitter) to the Master cyl ports rather than the hard lines that are standard.

I dont have a huge amount of room between the plennum of the J20 and the MC and flexys would make the job alot easier.

thoughts?

can't see why not, i've seen cars built with full length braided lines running to the rear instead of hard lines.

I figured braided would be the way to go. I'll have to check and see what i can get or get made up

i know they're in SA, but these guys are simply awesome when it comes to all thing brakes, basically if they can't do it... it can't be done.

Is there room on the other side? Might be worth hunting for a master with ports on the other side?

Various hilux's are on the other side. 4 stud pattern though(redrillable) and would have to work out valving sizes
