Post subject:  No brakes!!

hi all,
im having issues getting the brakes to work on my coily, after my front right caliper failed half way up a decent rock hill i replaced both calipers to find my brakes didnt exist anymore.
now i have changed my booster and master cyl with a jimny one as i was advised they are the same, i have also replaced the rear cyls and shoes and pads up front.
my brakes become barely existant if i pump them up, but when i push the brake pedal in the revs increase bout 500 rpm and then a further 2-300 rpm for about a second or 2 when i release the pedal.

Help please i am stumped.

X2 And have you checked all the brake lines? alot of people have split brake lines and don't realize.
