Hello all. Been busy rebuilding the vit and have now come to a standstill. Tried to put early ( 94)model efi manifold on new engine however wiring loom does not suit and there are differences in the plumbing. Put old 95 manifold back on after rebuild and now have no idea of the plumbing... The water pipe that goes into water pump has extra outlet.....the efi manifold also has extra 'wax pellet' similar to whats on intake manifold...It also has two 'inlet / outlets on the bottom of thermostat housing....and there is extra hose on inlet manifold pipe that goes to airbox....suzuk workshop manuals dont have any pics or advice...grrr Would post photos but have no idea how.... Is anybody able to advise where the piping goes or send pics please....really pee'ed off as could have car running now. Btw...lwb..g16b efi... All help appreciated |

Mine is a baleno conversion, This may be similar or might not be. Using sierra water pipe out of pump, block off 1 of the outlets (hose, bolt and 2 clamps) My throttle body has 2 water lines, in and out. Maybe what your confused with, not sure What wiring is suited to your engine? Use all original stuff to engine/wirng if you can. Why are you trying to mix parts? What airbox are you running?? I think you really need pictures. Make an account on photobucket.com and upload some on there, Then link them to here. |
