I'm in the process of getting an order together for transfer case gears. Leaning towards the Trail Tough 6.4 set, although with 10% off at LRO at present the 6.5's are dirt cheap. LRO also appear to have enough stuff to nearly replace the rest of the workings of the case. Just so I don't just go postal with my c/c, what are you guys ordering in the way of new parts when your doing a gearset swap? Just the bearing kit or upgraded input shafts etc... |

Bearing suppliment kit, which includes all new bearing and other bits and peices and a transfer case mount as the standard one will tend to bend with 6.5's. You might want to get a new shifter seat (little bush inside the transfer that the lever sits on) as they tend to be fkd over the number of years being in there. |

I got the gears and the master rebuild kit for the Vit. There's not much to the kit, but figured I should replace all the bearings etc while I had it apart. Don't know anything about upgraded shafts etc for Sierras. |

Grab a handful of the shims for the input and output shafts in a couple of different thicknesses (eg 0.1 and 0.5 for each) |
