Heya
Shattered some cv's this weekend due to a welded front and 31's on stock gears
Its a 3.7:1 with 22 spline side gears
Point or question is
Is there any difference between the front and rear diff centres as i have a spare rear centre that is a 3.7:1 but didnt want to put it in the front to find that something isnt goin to work
Anyone able to help before i spend money when i might not need to

Side gears of the diff centre have a different number of splines. Rear has 26, Front has 22.

If we swap the front spines to 26 spines , does it mean we can fit the rear diff to the front ?

You will need chromo axles to get 26 spline axles.

The front centre will be a 2 pinion design too, weaker than a 4 pinion but the 4 pinion bolts right in.
