Hey guys this isn't really suzuki talk, we'll kind of.
I modified a standard tin top roof rack to fit the high roof. The back two mounts are perfect but the front two are only just sitting on.
Loose they sit perfectly but as soon as I tighten them up the slip till they only just sit on the rail.

Hopefully they photos give you an idea what I mean.

I'm pretty uneducated in the ways of metal fab and i hope I'm missing something simple.
Any ideas

the bolt/tube clamp is like a cock in a sock. :lol:

can you bend the L bit so it's more at right angles when clamped up? see how much angle is on it compared to the others.

A bit of angle might help but I think a bigger pin would be better

Tried the larger pins. Think we have a winner. Gonna make some new brackets on the weekend to match
