i have vitara and itnhas really bad rust in it and is wondering wherebi can get someone to fix it up or any no what my best options would be to fix this ?

Show us some pics of the rust and we'll have a better chance giving the best option for repair.

If its a vitara and the chassis is really rusty, having somebody fix it is most likley not going to be less than the cost of replacing it.
You will quite possibly find it easier just to buy anogher one and transfer any good bits too it. Sell your old one as a doner car to a sierra owner.
