Iv started to notice im losing coolant. iv tracked back and it looks like its coming out near the intake manifold. could this just be a hose or is it somthing more serious?

try n get a photo up and ill see if can see something.....

what I would do if I was you is get your engine as dry as possible and
then run it upto temperature and see if you can see wet spots. that might
lead you to your issue :0)

if I was you mate id try your engine down as best you can and then run it upto temperature and then see where its coming from.
might be worth getting some photos up of where you think its coming from
and get a second opinion.

A quick way to find coolant leaks is a fitting attached to the top of the radiator with an air compressor attached.

Any mechanic should be ablt to do this for you in a couple of minutes, then you can see the coolant pouring out of the leak, where it otherwise might only drip.

air compressors normally regulate out about 75 psi , cooling system 9-11 psi i wouldn't be pressurizing the cooling system to 75 psi . I normally pressurize it to 15 psi to check for leaks .
