Im looking at buying a winch bulbar, because the current one on my car cant mount a winch.
And have found one near me but its off a Jimny. I asked him to measure between the mounts and it came to 755mm.

I dont currently have my car because its getting engineered so I cant measure the mounts but im just wondering if any one has a 96 leaf sprung Sierra (or can just help me) and could let me know if you think it will fit or if ill have to make up some brackets (will have to do this anyway for 2" body lift) but would still like to know if it would be a simple bolt on...

Here is a image of it, not sure if it helps at all...

96 was either coily or leafy.

There are late '96 leafies as well as early '96 coilies - that would suggest both models were being made at the same time in '96.

Acccording to: http://www.suzukiinfo.com/sierra/samuraichassisdimensions.jpg 755 would probably require completely new mounts to be made. Also the taper of the front end of a Jimny would mean some additional chopping and there is no steel cradle in that picture to properly mount a winch anyway meaning it would be easier to buy a secondhand Sierra bar and use that instead.
