Ok does anyone know if g16a extractors will bolt onto a g16b?

No. Port shape is different. G16a heads have the same exhaust port shape as Sierra (rectangular). G16b have round ports.

You could always get the flange cut off and a new one welded on but its probably not worth the effort. The seller rod_mph on eBay has decent cheap extractors.
