Just noticed when I put my brakes on my left indicator dash light comes on slightly (not full brightness). Anyone know why it would do this? quite annoying..

Had the same issue. Was a bad earth on the tail lights for that corner.
Check all the earths at the light and make sure nothing is corroded.

Had the same thing before after I I reversed into a tree..... It was dark ok

I had a couple of wires that where earring to the body confusing the circuit. Could be something similar just check your wires around your indicators make sure they are not perished

Ok fixed it! Pulled my trailer plug apart and the left indicator wire was broken off and touching the brakes....
