Mine just craped its self is there somthing better i could put on its an f8 engine dont need lots of amps |

Sure it's not the regulator? I've got about 6000000 spare alts if you want one for the cost of postage when I'm back down south in a few weeks. A Matiz has a 70 amp (iirc) alt that should bolt on seeing as its basically the same engine. Still V belt drive too. Will probably need all the brackets from the matiz of course. Stock is 38 amps or something like that. I'd like to upgrade mine too. |

I would say it is but just seeing what will fit for when the auto leky tells me he cant fix it |

I had a Commdore bosch one on mine, just grab anything with the right pulley size and make it fit Wiring unplug the external reg, from memory you already have ignition power at the alt plug, you'll need that, then you join the white and red at the reg to one of the colours that goes to the alt (white and green I think) and that becomes your light wire. |
