Hey guys, just picked up my new sierra, 88 widetrack
Im currently running 31s and looking to run 33s, so i just bought two front vitara diffs to change the ratios to 5.12.
Just wondering what is the go with transfer case gears, should i do both? or just one of them?
What excactly will the gears give me? Just offroading capabilities?
Thanks guys.

Just at the top of my head. 4.16's or mayyybe 4.9's would suit.

4.16s or 4.9s in the tcase will give a good low range with 5.12s... But you could just go 6.5s and save a heap of coin

5.12 are roughly 38% lower than stock 3.7's 33" tyres are about 20% larger than stock tyres road gearing will be to much gearing, and offroad it wont be enough if you add transfer gears to this it would only get worse on road

hmm so, the 6.5 transfer gears will be enough without the 5.12s then?
how much are good kits to change the ratios?
