Post subject:  2004 XL7 manual gearbox drain plug
Hi All,

I have a 2004 XL7 manual that I wish to replace the gear oils on.
The gearbox has me a little puzzled as there are two low plugs and I am unsure which is the drain plug. Neither look like the owners manual, or the service manual I have (which is for a 2001 GV).
Can anyone confirm the fill and drain plugs in the attached picture? And what might the extra one be for?

My guess:

A - Fill plug
B - Drain plug
C - ?

yep.... A is the filler.......B is the drain...... c is something else.

I did my oil changes today, nice and easy other than it being pretty cramped under there.
