So I have a 2004 Jimny and want to put in a 2" lift. I dont want the hassle of extending brake lines and the like. What kits are out there, im having trouble even finding much to compare. And with the 2" is it recommended getting corrector bushes or just the spring and shock absorber. This may sound nooby but i've been trying to research myself and its going nowhere. Thanks in advance.

2" shouldnt be too problematic castor wise, so shouldn't give you death wobbles unless your kingpins are already worn or out of adjustment
Jimnybits

Jimny 2" / 50mm Pro Comp Lift Kit
not the hardest springs out there, but a good rate, wont bottom out readily and good onroad and offroad.
Jimny 2" / 50mm Avo Premium Suspension Lift Kit
on roads with lots of corrugations you may want less dampening
Jimny 2" / 50mm Trailmaster Lift Kit
i havenot hear much about the trailmaster shocks

snake racing has 50mm coils

old man emu
i had this 40mm lift aswell as jimnybits. i found the ARB lift taller then stock, as it should be, but much softer then the standard spring rate, becoming springbound more freaquently when hiting big bumps fast

I have OME 40mm lift springs and shocks have been very happy and is does seem a little soft,
but touring off the main road its comfortable.
I installed mine as both rear shockers were u/s @ 60k and the car would drag its arse along the ground when loaded up.
the OME was a good fit and rides well when fully loaded. Available from ARB.

And I have a 40mm Dobinsons kit and really, really happy with it.

We do a far bit of touring/camping and it goes really well loaded up without being too bouncy when empty.

Decisions, decisions.......
