has anyone ever snapped off the pin in their sierra transfer case that the speedo cable spins off?
if so how do you fix it?
do you have to pull the transfer case out?

Sourced the part. The whole collar acutally slips out when you take the bolt completely out of where the speedo cable bolts in.
And the speedo gear slips in behind that. Luckily its an easy change bit it
Costs around $70 for a new gear.

Where abouts did you get the gear from I have a feeling I may have the same problem

I've got the the whole set up. Collar, seals, gear. Sourced from suzistore. Surplus to my needs if your after one.

Ah cheers had a play with it today don't think that's my problem!

I think it may be my speedo I accidentally broke the tabs on the top when I removed it last time so I don't think the cable is seating properly in the speedo when I wiggle it into to place it works kind of for a few moments
