Have you tried a new sender unit? |

hmmm thats going to get tricky. You need to match the resistance of the sender unit in your LPG tank, to the resistance range of the sender unit from the factory sender unit. what you are describing to me is that the resistance changes the "wrong way" compared to the OEM one. ie perhaps (for explaination sake) the standard one is 10ohms at empty, increasing to 50ohms at full. and your lpg one is 50ohms when empty and 10ohms when full. I am not skilled enough in electronics to suggest a electronic fix. I would possibly look at if you can modify the LPG sender unit (if you can get to it). what does the LPG sender unit look like? |

The standard sender is 3 ohms at full, 32.5 at 1/2 and 110 empty. Match that and you're set. |
