Hey gang!
I'm doing a G16b conversion ATM and I'm also doing powersteering on it!
I'm having a problem with the lines
I will need to get custom ones made

Who makes them around brisbane?
Do I need to supply the fittings?
Also! I have a flared loose nut fitting that goes on the box end return line, but in the box there is no flare in it to screw down onto! What the?

you can do the conversion using all the vit lines, but the are a little too wide in the steel section and you need to get a little creative.
otherwise any hydraulics shop can make custom lines for you.

^^^agreed, just take you high pressure hose to a hydraulic shop and get them to put the fittings onto a soft line whatever length you need.

I had a look at mine today, couldn't see down into the return line fitting properly, too much p/s fluid around. From memory though, I don't think that there was a separate fitting in there at all. Just tighten the return line on and away you go.
