Not for a light wieght Sierra, most guys run low to mid 20's on road. It wont get rid of the problem but will definitely reduce it and is the easiest thing to do first and is a very common mistake new owners make ;)

Have a look at the maximum load rating of the tyre. I bet it's more than the whole car weighs. That's why you don't need 41psi in the tyre.

not sure if sierras has a tyre placard but in the jimmy, the recommended pressure is 23-26

20 psi for a Sierra. And that's with a tyre with a very low load rating

max load rating is 1000kg.is that load rating for one tyre or 4 tyres put together.

went for a drive in some soft sand down the beach.put car in low range and the sierra just cruised through it.in the hilux it would of been totally different.so if I drop the tyre pressure its going to be even easyer. starting to like the sierra cheers
