check the wind direction before going up hill.

Otherwise either diff or transfer gearing will help with acceleration but revs will increase along the freeway.

Youre running 235/75's ? So your speedo and odometre will be out by about 10 percent which is something to remember.

Slipstream a fast truck or get used to going a bit slower than most highway traffic.
It is only a 1.3 after all and it is pushing one of the most UN-aerodynamic cars available.

play with the timing, make sure the exhaust flows well, go back to stock gearing (via tyres or reduction gears) etc.

when you say "more speed" though - what's the goal?

When mine was a 1.3L with extractors/exhaust done and running 215/75r15 i had no issues doing over 120km/hr. You just have to hold the gears longer, and treat 5th as an overdrive. 4th gear @100km/hr up a hill is totally normal, as is the 4000 odd rpm you'll be doing to achieve that.

A little more tyre pressure helps maintsin hwy speed on longer trips but is a bumpier ride for sure

Getting a sticker that explains your situation to other drivers may defuel any road rage.

Here are a few suggestions:
If I was meant to go fast, I wouldn't be shaped like a fucking brick.
You can go fast, I can go anywhere.
If you think I'm slow now, wait until we go uphill
