Hey guys and girls
Im in the process of rebuilding my sj40 diff but its got a broken spider gear pin. Could i just pull the pin i need out of my lj81 diff and use it in the sj40 diff.

I dont want to use the whole lj diff as its my farm ute and happy to weld up the diff on that if im able to get my sj going again.

And also if i weld the lj81 diff how would it handle with 32s under it its just to move stuff around the property and got a few small tracks here to have a small play on

LJ and SJ40 cross pin *should* be interchangeable.
32’s should be ok for chugging around a farm.

Thabks steve all i wanted to know having trouble finding a diff for my girl and got the lj there so might as well see if i can use it
