We have a 2001 XL-7 and was wondering advice on where best to get 2 things and brands
- CVs
- 02 sensors (as I have a check engine light and have put a scanner on it and it tells me that it is the 02 (oxygen) sensor/s)

While I'm at it is there a good place to by spares at reasonable prices

Hi mrs,
1st post - welcome.
I don't know there you are, but Bearing Wholesalers in Victoria does driveshafts (I'm guessing that is where the CVs are that you want).
I recently priced the Passengers side - less than $150. Don't know of the quality, as we didn't buy it in the end.
Bursons (auto parts, primarily to the trade) have NTK oxygen sensors - as good as any.
A 4 wire sensor, part no. OZA668-EE10 I believe. will cost approx. $100ea
The H27A has 2 - 1 on each bank, neither are exactly easy to access & you'll need a special sensor removing socket.
You'll also need to 1/2 climb into the engine bay, take at least 1/2 hour per side & probably swear a bit.

Have fun, Rgs Michael

Not all O2 related codes warrant or will be fixed by replacing the sensors - what was the code?
