Hi, I’ve noticed the hose from the brake booster to the manifold is a bit ratty and wanting to replace, does this hose have a check valve inside it and what sort of hose should I use ? (Car is sj80 1.3l) Thanks |

Usually the check valve is on the booster rather than in the vacuum lines, I believe that there are a few in-line check valves but not commonly. |

They aren't in the booster on an SJ80 as I remember vacuum being present when pulling the hose off the booster. I can't remember if the valve is in the hose though like on a Vitara. |

No check valve inside the hose. Hose doesn't have to be anything special. Just choose something black |

*that doesn’t collapse under vacuum. Easily overlooked. |
