Hi,
I am rebuilding a G16B to go into my SJ and see that LROR offers 2 different piston ring sets for earlier vs older G16B's - I don't know what I have - anyone know what the differences are?

Series 1 have the earlier blocks, the large sliding AFM and different electronics/ECU.

Series 2 is a different block ( actually stamped g16b) and has the small hotwire afm.

not sure what the internal differences are, but am lead to believe series 2 is a stronger block.
