Post subject:  Rear Disc Brakes in 97 Coily?

Hey guys, this is my first ever post so be easy on me :P
just wondering if anyone has ever thought about or put in rear disc brakes in a sierra? i would just feel safer if i could have discs in the back, not sure how it could work though. My mate did it on his cherokee and he says it's made a huge difference!
Just wondering if anyone has any tips or what not!
Cheers!

One option is to fit Nissan Skyline/pintara rear calipers, along with Sierra front disks.
This requires a special bracket to mount the caliper to axle housing ends.
PM JoeBlow for info on the special bracket.

You can get a rear disc brake conversion kits with preportioning valve and everything from lowrangeoffroad.com in the states delivered for around $300au at the moment.

These kits utilise sierra front calipers and rotors which are usually pretty easy to find aswell.

Im curently rebuilding some wide track diffs to put in my stockman and have one of the kits ready to fit, all the parts look pretty well made so hopfully they work well.
