top up your coolant, then check the 2 little water hoses coming out the back of the carb are getting hot

yup, top it up and the over follow bottels as well, and got it to running temp, the 2 hoses your talking about are the 2 coming from at the back yeah, one gos to the block yeah ??

Well there the ons i looked at and one was pretty hot and the one going to the block wasnt hot, whats that mean ??? :?

Means there's a blockage. If the coolant doesn't flow through there, the choke won't know when the engine has warmed up, so the choke will never open.

Well, first step would be to remove the hoses from the carby and see if you can see/get the blockage out. Next step would probably be to stick a bit of wire in there and wiggle it around to try and dislodge the crap in there, I would say...

Before you check the choke itself for a blockage, check your hoses too by trying to pour some water down them. The original ones on mine perished from the inside out, and blocked themselves up. That hose is only a few bucks a metre.
