I'm installing vit power steering into my zook as soon as I find some time. Got all parts and brackes now. vit owners and sierras one with vit ps do you think, would I need to run some kind of a transmission intercooler or something like that? I have only 31" wheels and do not intend to go bigger. cheers Chris |

i run 31s on my sierra with vit power steer and have no troubles with heat etc.Dont think it will ever be a problem.Have had mates running 33s with same setup and once again ran fine. Cant see a cooler hurting and may be a good thing for extended life but dunno if its worth the extra dollars and hassle |

plenty of people are running 33's with jimny power steering without a cooler. If your really worried then run synthetic ATF like they run in pajero autos That's what i'm running in my zook |
