I have just had a back seat mounted in my 84 Sierra and am looking for some seat belts.

Does any one have any or know of a type that will pretty much fit straight in from a wreckers?

Cheers

do you have the bolt holes up in the C pillar?

seatbelts save lives (I think you know this ) new arent that dear compared to not knowing the history of ones out of an old wreck

Simple lap seat belts are only $25 approx. Try Repco, Autobarn etc etc

or click the link to see what happens with no seatbelt

A bit harsh for some so caution may be required. No close ups but it does pay to wear your seat belt. Not any harsher than the ads on TV for qld transport

Im my job I go to Traffic Accidents all the time so I know all about seatbelts.

Last year went to a head on in a 110 zone, thought it would be a fatal for sure. 5 people in Commodore(airbags) all up and walking around, 2 people in old mazda ute had a couple of broken ribs. All wearing seatbelts. Its not hard to work out what would of happened if they had not been wearing them. I would still be doing the paperwork now.

I will give Repco a go next time I'm in the big smoke.

do a google for Klippan belts, you should be able to get a chart with lengths of all the belts to figure out what you need

Westie will chime in with info to I reckon, he knows about these things :)
