hey guys
looks like my wife is getting a company car and i have a work vehicle most of the time so we just dont need the landcruiser any more. i thought i would have it for life, but it has to go as i dont want it to sit here and deteriorate. so here it is. ill upload photos later in the week when i get off dial up internet and hopefully have super fast satellite!!!

its a 1998 fzj105 4.5 litre petrol and lpg 5 speed manual GXL. its only the old style lpg but has had the mixer and water lines replaced and a year and a half ago. uses about 24 litres per hundred kms on gas. has power windows, locking, cruise control.

i change the oil every 5000 to 10000 kms depending on how much time i have available. it has 296000 kms on it and still runs very nicely. it had evaporator and tx valve replaced about 6 months ago, and regas.

it has an ebay gps dvd digital tv 2 din stereo which works great. and has headrest dvd players but they are a couple of years old now and a bit temperamental if the dvd is dirty. has electric trailer brake controller wired up and a 3 cig lighter socket wired to the rear.

it has a dual battery controller with a 2 month old deep cycle battery, and a volt meter in the cabin, but it seems something has gone wrong with the system and the new battery is reading 4 volts. also has a snorkel fitted and the air box has been modified to be water tight. has a roof cage on the roof and a kaymar rear wheel hanger. just a single one.

it has a good set of tyres on it, only stock size and 11 months qld rego. i havent got a roadworthy yet but it should pass no prob. it had one done about 12 months ago when we moved up here and didnt have a problem.

so thats about it. i realise these landcruisers arent real popular now, but it could be a cheap start to a project, or a great family car. it still has plenty of kms left in it. the body is in good nick. no rust but a few car park dings.

forgot to ad the front and rear brake pads were replaced and the rear calipers rebuilt and new fluid put in.

i want $15000 for it. slightly negotiable but not in a hurry to sell it. though dont want it sitting here for months either! pm me here or give me a ring. my home number is 07 4959 1929 or mobile is 0412577052. leave a message as i live in the sticks and have very little mobile reception.

will put it on the side of the road soon.

if i dont sell this one then im gonna have to sell my vitara. and the vitara is just to much fun to sell.
