What sought of offset is required to run a set of 31" tyres on a 15 x 7" rim with a calmini 3" Lift???

i think i'm running -15 offset 15x7 desert rat steelies... it's been a few years

A guy at work has the same set up as you in a sq620, I swear he said -23....
