hey guys, just wondering RPM at 100km in motors with various setups.
i really dont like driving at 3500 for a long time.... how long do people with 6.5 sit at 100 comfortably for ?
what rev range is the 1.6EFI at 100 ?
thanks.

Stock 1.3 sierras run about 3550 @ 100km/h.
Stock G13 Jimny's run 3900 @ 100km/h
Depending on setup, you'll find that you won't be able to run much under 3500 .

My coily with its 3.9 diffs and 6.5's on 235/75R15's does about 4600rpm @ 110kph, and about 4100rpm at 100kph.
Stupidly high but it doesn't see many highway miles.

You didn't see the thread about this exactly one thread below yours
Gearing will be very close to stock with 6.5 gears and 31's on road.

Really?
My last three road cars have been short geared 4 cylinders and the highest revs were 3K@ 100 (Renault sport Clio) and it was screaming for another gear. The other two were 2250. (Cooper S and STi)

WT sierra, g16b, 5.14tcase, 31" tyres - around 3400-3500rpm at 100 (just guessing, cos my speedo is calibrated so i don't look at RPM much anymore).
The only RPM i do know for sure is 137km/hr at 4900rpm cos shandy92 took a photo of my dash... (was done in controlled conditions so no blah blah unsafe blah).
