Ive just put some Camira shocks in the rear of mine. Compared to the ironman rear shock 510 / 320mm part no 12658GR that came out.

I measure from the base of the pin to the centre of the eye and its 575/340mm

Just replaced the suspension on my 2003 GV V6.

Ended up choosing the ironman SUZ016BKG kit because it had the softest spring rates compared to the other manufacturers specs and reasonable compromise for shock travel and open length (of the kit suspensions).

Ride quality of the ironman is actually quite nice, not too firm in my opinion although, be aware that ironman's front spring for the SWB GV part no SUZ005B (which I have not used) is very firm at 582 lb / " and would probably provide a harsh ride.

I have attached a comparison table for shocks and springs, which shows manufacturer's data of the common suspension kits, and

measurements from my old suspension which looks to be original.

I have added a couple of the other rear shocks (camira, nomad, pedders) to the list as well, with measurements provided by you guys.

In case anyone was looking at the above posted list of Vit/GV front strut lenghts - here is a comparison between the Ironman Part No. 12083GR and the FTS Extreme 3" struts that Outdoor Auto sell.

Ironman strut is:
505mm extended / 310 compressed - 195mm travel (although I measured about 305mm compressed).

ODA's FTS Extreme strut is approx:
535 extended / 367 compressed - 168mm travel.

Notice in the pic the top FTS strut is bent?
