I've seen a few Sierras fitted with VL mounts. All had G16B's in them and all had issues caused by the mounts. Stekkys was the worst. I would fit standard Sierra or a burstproof setup like Petroworks.

I ran them with both a 1.3 and G16a. They did make the 1.6 conversion kit a bitch to line up, even the 1.3 has to be played with a bit to get them both on right. It will lift the engine in the bay so take that into consideration if bonnet room is a problem. It slightly rotated my rear gearbox mount which just made it a slightly more annoying fit but it still worked and I never busted either engine mount or gearbox mount.

I got some D21 mounts and me and Kyzer modified to fit them. A bit too much vibration through them for my liking so I am looking for another solution. Need some donor mounts though - m series.

Is engine on slant? Same as I do mine. Even my jimny! A tiny slant no real issues caused buy it tho.
