Greetings,

Car in question 100% factory standard NT. (cept for slightly bigger tyres). Rear shocks are fairly new.

Recently I have been hearing an odd clicking sound in the rear right suspension. Sounds like someone is getting a metal screwdriver and hitting it against something hollow perhaps.

Started hearing it when taking off at any speed, at first i thought it was the drum brakes playing up, which i pulled appart and inspected and it all seemed fine. But then i realized it made the sound if i quite vigorously rocked the rear of the car while it is stationary. (ie jumping up and down on the tow bar or grabbing the roof racks and rocking it back and fowards)

So i starting to think its in the leaf spring itself (as there isn't much else that could do it....). Do leaf springs click? am i suppose to lubricate between the leafs to stop it?

Doesn't really matter if its nothing, but id like to stop it doing it....
