And I want to bring the wheels out a bit for stabability but what are the cons of using wheel spacers as I’ve heard they can snap wheel studs off from to much pressure thanks Tom

I'm not sure on how adverse the effect is, but I haven't heard of people complaining in numbers because of failing wheel bearings due to them.

You wont snap wheel studs or kill bearings with them. If your bearings are close to dying beforehand then spacers can be the final nail in the coffin. I ran -55 rims with 2" spacers for over 100xxx kms on the same set of bearings with no premature failure.

Whats wrong with the standard bumper why do you need a bullbar. Kinda ruins the whole look

Only LJ bullbars will fit. Old school Sierra ones that bolt to the top of the bumper also fit LJs but may have the hoops in the way of the head lights.
You're pretty much going to have to make one if you want a full protection style bullbar.

Got to remember your mounting any bullbar to 2mm of chassis or body steel so hit a roo and cars a write off with or without a bullbar. Id suggest not hitting any, spend your money on disc brakes to avoid a collision

And making it yourself wouldnt be too hard either.
flat bar for the base, exhaust tube for the pipework - all the bending can be done at an exhaust shop.
I wouldnt go for heavy gauge and overly rigid steel, exhaust tubing would be fine - I would rather the tubing bend than the chassis.

Theres no original bars, they were knocked up by local hacks the dealership got to do for customers that wanted it. Quality is average at best

People spend years looking for decent bonnets. They really just never come up for sale, you have to look overseas and be prepared to front up some proper money. There's always talks of people making fibreglass ones, I don't know if that's come to fruition.
Rellies in WA had zooks for beach fishing, someone over there builds GRP panels, doors, bonnets etc. 'ços was just casually mentioned they are commonly fitted due to rust issues on the beaches. Dunno anymore about it just that.

Only original bars on the old zooks was the bumper... Every one I've seen was locally fabbed up from scratch or a modified cut and shut alloy thing from something about right to clear the head lights etc. from a wrecker.

Dunno anymore about it just that. I looked at an LJ81 for sale near Albany that had a fibreglass bonnet, I thought it had probably been sourced from over east as they're a lot more common over there. This one came from a wrecker but I don't know if they sold them new or something. Those front bars like MrRockys are quite common here in W.A. I've got one. I don't know who made them, maybe ORE? They made them for Sierras too. It would cost less to get one made locally than to freight it, they're very heavy and bulky. You'd have to cut the scrub bars off for freight and weld them back on when you fit it.
