Just looking to remove some bits and pieces to tidy up the ride
- metal corner mounts from front and rear bumpers
- wheel jack mount from engine bay

Going this route as it's proving to be spots where surface rust is trying to get to the next level of panel destruction

Should I just angle grind these bits off or is there an easier way - i'm guessing there's just one or two pinch welds holding these bits on.

Also looking to weld the cracks that have started on my window sil (the outside door skin is flapping like crazy)

Not a fabrication expert, but i've done a basic engineering (metalwork) course 10 yeasrs ago, but I ain't touched a mig / tig /arc since, and it's all but forgotten.

Low angle drill bits... can't remember seeing them at Bunnings any time recently - where to find them?

Bunnings have those Ozito Dremmel knockoffs cheap, you can then get dremmel bits. I have the DSE version with dremmel bits & cutting discs.
you can cut off the sheet around the welds then grind them flush this way.

Then you have a dremmel which is probably more flexible than the drill bits at about the same price.. I use mine all the time.
