Special Tool #2 Made this this arvo to install the transfer lever. I've always found this to be difficult to install and with the position it sits in on the Jimny it's impossible. This should work a treat. Yeah and I know my welds suck
Ingredients; 1. 3/4 inch washer 2. old flange nut 3. one really small nut

What's wrong with cutting your fingers every time you put the lever back in? HTFU man! (j/k - nice little tool) Steve. |

Cheers guys, I'm pretty happy with my 45min tool. I spent over an hour on Wednesday trying to do it by two finger method from underneath, was thinking I'd have to pull the transfer, again! This was way easier |

worked perfectly, this is such an easy job now. I'm going to modify it slightly by cutting a passage through one side so it doesn't have to slide down from the top of the lever. |
