A small upgrade i did a few weekends ago. Kenwood Touchscreen Radio/CD/DVD player. Alpine 4 inch speakers to replace the existing sanyo's in the front. And 2 6x9 Alpines on rear door with ply and Carpet.
Haven't installed an amp yet, but get nice clear sound now that can be heard over the road noise at 100 Kph. Still a LOONG way to go for this little Zuke, nowhere near as good as many of the rigs i've seen on here, But.......

very nice! i too got sick of the road noise... managed to pick up a second hand kenwood 4 channel 800W amp for $40... the stereo volume on 20 is now as loud as it was before on 35, but much clearer. well worth the upgrade!

Looks neat, I ripped the back plastic out around the wheel arches and bent up some old tin to make up new flat panels which I was able to fit a set of 6x9's and a set of 6.5" splits in, have the amp bolted to the pillar, saves space and will look good (I hope) after I put some marine carpet over it, also filled the inside with foam which stopped the rattling and created a deeper bass, ill take some photos tomorrow, well and truely louder then the road noise
