Made up my own brackets for my Jimny to take the Sierra transfer case ![]() Machined out the factory Jimny sensor pick up wheel thing and attached it to the output flange ![]() Picked up a few extra mounting points, all from 5mm plate ![]() Powder coated it all black Mounts the transfer forward 25mm so the Sierra front shaft fits in the rear easier, it also allows more room for the front haft over the gearbox crossmember. The case also sits 20mm higher. Will put up better shots and more info soon Kyzer |

Nice work as usual. I can see a new standard for kit choice. Did you consider joining the mounts to make a cradle, as popular with Sierras running very low gears. |

I did but I wanted to get the transfer out without taking the exhaust off which meant taking off the passengers side mount and bracket while in the car. At present I've fitted up this kit to my car and will be driving it soon ATTN: To make them as kits I need another Sierra transfer (blown or Brocken) to put in my jig, as the one I used is now bolted under my Jimny. I am also considering drawing the whole thing up in CAD and just putting it here Kyzer |

sierra case is also gear driven instead of chain which slips once worn or under high load. |

Wow, are you going to reproduce these mounts any time soon. Would prefer to buy local than from ora! |

Can't help you there but I'm sure someone here has one lying around that they could donate to a worthy cause! |
